Where do I park during the show?
Due to the fact that SLOREX has more attendees than any other off-road show held in the western US, parking can be a challenge. Vendors are encouraged to park in the north parking lot. If you are a local vendor, it would be beneficial if you could use off-site parking for large vehicles and trailers.
Some sponsor levels include reserved parking spots on the east/rear of the building.
What are best practices for load-out?
DO NOT start any engines in any vehicle inside the building until the announcement has been made that it is okay to do so.
Do not start taking down your booth until after the show has closed at 8pm on Saturday night.
All vehicles needing to enter the building during load-out MUST enter the back parking lot through the south west entrance. You’ll be directed from there which to bay door to use.
Be prepared to be patient! It can take a while.
If you need to load a vehicle onto a trailer it will be faster to drive the vehicle out of the building and load it onto your trailer in the west parking lot.
It’s best practice to pack up your booth completely before bringing your vehicle into the building to load. You’re also welcome to hand carry your booth display to your vehicle and exit using the west and north entrances.
Is there camping available on site?
No, and it is specifically prohibited by the event center to do any kind of camping, including staying in RV’s or campers at the event center.
